1. Final Sale & Hygiene Protocol
- Non-Refundable: All purchases are deemed final and non-refundable unless the item is out of stock.
- Hygiene Restriction: Due to the nature of Toileting & Bathing aids, items that have been unsealed, installed, or used cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.
2. Defective or Missing Items
- Reporting Window: Any discrepancy or defect must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of receipt.
- Exchange for Defects: If an item is found to be defective, we will provide a 1-to-1 exchange. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery for assistance.
3. Exchange Guidelines
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Proof of Purchase: Original invoice, receipt, or warranty card must be presented.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and completely unused.
- Service Fees: Exchanges for non-faulty items (subject to approval) may incur an administrative and delivery/collection fee.
4. Refund Process
- Processing Time: Approved refunds may take up to 15 working days to reflect in your original payment method.
- Deductions: Refund amounts may be subject to deductions for administrative costs or prior delivery charges.
